Warranty Policy

REFINETOOLS (“Seller”) expressly warrants to all purchasers (“Buyer”) of all new tools, replacement parts, and accessories (“Goods”) that Goods shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship which are discovered within the warranty period, subject to the disclaimers and limitations of the Statement.  This warranty is void if the tools have been subjected to improper installation and testing, improper care, unauthorized repair and modification, or abnormal operations.
Warranty Period
Seller will assume both the parts replacement and repair expense of correcting defects during the warranty period for 1 year.
Condition of Warranty to Obtain Warranty Coverage
Buyer must contact Seller requesting warranty coverage within thirty (30) days from the date the defect is made known to the Buyer at www.refinetools.com
Final determination of warranty on pneumatic tools will be made by Seller.  Keep in mind that we will not approve any claim caused by parts that are designed to be susceptible to wear and tear, including but not limited to:
1.Consumable components; such as nozzles, needles, air flow caps, paint containers, mesh filters, sealing parts, air inlet connectors, sanding pads, or parts that fail due to normal wear.
2.Tools that have been modified by any party other than REFINETOOLS, or tools that have been improperly installed, improperly operated or misused based upon industry standards, or equipment which has not had reasonable and necessary maintenance, or tools which have been used for operation outside of the specifications for the equipment.
3.Defects caused by accident, unauthorized repair, or improper testing.
Warranty Repair
If Seller confirms the existence of a defect covered by this warranty, the defect will be corrected by repair or replacement at Seller option, either at Seller's warehouse or a service facility authorized by Seller.
In lieu of repair or replacement, if Seller elects, Seller may make determination of Such Goods nonconformity or defect upon the images or video Buyer provides, that Buyers can keep the Goods and refund of the purchase price based on depreciation.  Only at Seller’s request, the Buyer must return any Goods claimed defective under the warranty.
Freight Cost
Buyer is responsible for shipment to and from the Seller’s warehouse, or a service facility authorized by Seller.  
Limitation and Disclaimer
Goods are intended for commercial and industrial users who are trained and experienced in the use and maintenance of welding equipment. Buyer's remedies shall be limited exclusively to those provided in this Statement. There are no express warranties other than those contained herein. Seller does not warrant any portion of the Goods not manufactured by Seller or its associates (whether or not specified by Buyer), but Seller shall assign to Buyer upon request all assignable warranties on product of Seller's suppliers related to such Goods. Seller does not warrant that it or the Goods are in compliance with any entity, organization or industry standards, guidelines, or procedures unless specifically contained in a writing signed by Seller. 
Seller Will Not Accept Responsibility Or Liability For Repairs Made Outside Of Seller Or A Service Facility Authorized By Seller. Seller’s Liability Under This Warranty Shall Not Exceed The Cost Of Correcting The Defect Of The Seller Product. Seller Will Not Be Liable For Incidental Or Consequential Damages (Such As Loss Of Business, Etc.) Caused By The Defect Or The Time Involved To Correct The Defect. This Written Warranty Is The Only Express Warranty Provided By Seller With Respect To Its Products.  Warranties Implied By Law Such As The Warranty Of Merchantability Are Limited To The Duration Of This Limited Warranty For The Equipment Involved.
